Spectral Resolution Must Be 0.8 Cm-1 Or Better. N4. Wavenumber Accuracy Of At Least ± 0.01 Cm-1 Or Better N5. Signal-To-Noise: 50, 000:1 Or Better At Resolution 4 Cm-1. N6. The Source Should Be Stabilized To Prevent Hot Spots Forming. N7. Interferometer Must Be Rock Solid Permanently Aligned And Highly Stable. N8. Optics: All Mirrors Must Be Gold Coated Only. N9. System Should Have Dlatgs Detector. N10. The Instrument Should Be Connected With Computer Through Ethernet Cable And Should Indicate Whether The Source, Laser & Other Parts Of Instrument Are Operational. 3 11. Critical Components Must Be Checked Prior To Every Scan With Ability To Automatically Recognize Accessories Are Essential. N12. System Must Be Quoted Along With Atr To Analyze All Type Of Sample Like Powder, Gel & Paste Etc. Without Any Sample Preparation. N13. Software – Should Be Windows Based System With Facilities Like Instrument Control, Basic And Advanced Data Manipulation Routines, Spectral Calculator, Quantification Etc. N14. System Must Be Quoted With High Humidity Resistant Znse Beamsplitter Only. N15. All Necessary Local Accessories Like Hydraulic Press, Agate Mortar & Pestle, Pellet Die, Liquid Demountable Cell, Ir Grade Kbr Powder, Computer & Printer Must Be Quoted Along With The Equipment. N16. System Must Be Quoted With 10 Years Warranty On Interferometer & 5 Years Warranty On Laser & Source. N17. System Must Have Option To Be Operated Through Battery & Same Should Be Quoted. N18. Shall Have Certification Of European Ce N19. Similar Installations Of This Kind Should Have Been Made By Company In Recognized Research Institute / University In India And Provide The User’S List For The Same.
