It Should Be Noted That The Tender Is For Already Running Passenger Special Express Train Starting With 0 Number And Railway Administration Reserve The Full And Absolute Rights To Short Terminate These Tenders/Contracts At Any Point Of Time (Or For Taking Any Decision Regarding The Discontinuation/Continuation Of These Tenders/Contracts With Modified/ Additional Terms And Conditions) Depending Upon The Continuation/ Discontinuation Of These Special Train Or Commencement Of Corresponding Regular Train Service.
