Jobs to be carried out for any of the following work in same of different pumping stations as per requirement in shift. The estimate is prepared on the basis of 18 manshift per day (Semi-skilled). a) Operation of sluice valve like opening/closing of valve at the time of start/ stop or on power failure. b) Regular checking of pontoon for leakage and dewater the leakage water, if any. c) Cleaning of muck/slurry near foot valve for proper pumping operation. d)Priming of pump ie filling of water without any air pocket in suction pipe, pump casing, delivery pipe upto the valve, for starting the pump. e) Monitoring pump working in shifts as per the instruction of work incharge. f) Assist fitter for any minor work in pump in case of emergency. | 360 | Days | |
