The Maintenance charges for addition of additional IEMs & DCU shall be paid additionally on pro rata basis as per AMC rates.\n\n3. The communication charges like SIM based service for meter data communication to CDC, MPLS based Internet connection charges for CDC etc., Leased line charges would be borne by the Bidder till the handing over of the project. Thereafter, these charges shall be paid by HVPNL.\n\n4. Various items have different warranty periods viz. IEM have 5 years warranty, Servers/San storage/NAS Storage/KVM Switch have 3 years warranty. Such aspects may be kept in mind while quoting the price for AMC by the bidder.\n\n5. Supply and Erection cost on account of CDC Equipment (Software & Hardware) should not be less than 15% of the Supply & Erection cost of overall Project Equipment.\n\n6. The requirement of Mandatory spares would be reviewed at the time of detailed engineering in consultation with the successful bidder.
