U2wslg000108 From Fondation No 04 To Fondation No 02 At New Pump House At Vayusena Nagar Nagpur Pump House Vsn Nagpur , demand for job work : , 1 . material and labour for dismantling of 60 hp motor from base of foundation no 02 including disconnecting the existing electrical connection , suction and delivery line including earthing connection from foundation at new pump house vayusena nagar transport to work shop nagpur for repairimg work all as specified and as directed 2 . material and labour for , shifting and allignment of 60 hp capacity motor from base of foundation no 04 including disconnecting the existing electrical connection , and rifixing to other foundation base frame and allignment of shaft rubber coupling , impeller etc to seprate 60 hp pump at new pump house vayusena nagar all as specified and as directed 3 . m & l for rewinding of pump motor 415 volt 3 phase removing the burnt out copper winding of stator and cleaning the stator slots and core assembly , rewinding to stator with suitable gauge super enamelled copper wire with insulating papers and insulation cloths , varnishing the winding and baking heating for achieving the required insulation resistance , all respect all as specified and as directed for the following capacity: - 4 . taking down unserviceable bearing front and back side and replace with new bearings of existing make and size size for 60 hp motor 5 . taking down shaft for lathe work after realignment removing of scrach fom rotor and shaft and making soft and smooth surface in to roror and shaft and refixing of the same in to the motor and rotor of existing size for 60 hp motor 6 . material and labour for transport back from nagpur workshop connecting , testing and commissioning of 60 hp motor 3 phase with allignment of coupling base frame impeller with 0 vibration on foundation at vayusena nagar nagpur all as specifed and as directed .
