Arc For In Situ Flange Machining Of Mechanical Eqipments At Various Process Units At Mathura Refinery . -00010 A1.01 Charges to carry out in situ flange / Manways / Manholes /or other damaged surfaces machining of heat exchanger/ cooler /condenser /Vessel / Column / Reactor or any other equipments during day to day maintenance and shutdown at Mathura Refinery. Note: -This includes INSITU machining to revive the gasketing surface. All job has to be done as per entire satisfaction of EIC. This also includes mounting of machine on manways/flange,truness of flange and other prepration required to carryout INSITU machining job. -The above rate includes all the charges for manpower, machining equipments, required fixtures & tackles etc. to complete the job in all respect. -The above rate is for per face machining basis. Here the unit 1 EA = Machining of one flange face. 00020 A1.02 2 EA Per face machining charges for machining of gasket seat face having gasket face mean diameter up to 800 MM. Here gasket face mean diameter = Average of OD & ID of gasket seating face. Also partition rib machining (if any) is included in this. 00030 A1.03 6 EA Per face charges for machining of gasket seat face having gasket face mean diameter above 800 MM and up to 1250 MM. Here gasket face mean diameter = Average of OD & ID of gasket seating face. Also partition rib machining (if any) is included in this. 00040 A1.04 26 EA 172,090.40 Per face charges for machining of gasket seat face having gasket face mean diameter above 1250 MM & up to 2400 MM. Here gasket face mean diameter = Average of OD & ID of gasket seating face. Also partition rib machining (if any) is included in this. 00050 A1.05 5 LS 98,337.37 Mobilization & de-mobilization charges for manpower,machinery from vendors works to Mathura refinery and vice versa. Here the unit 1 LS = Travel charge to & fro (both side) for one complete set of M/C & manpower. During the shutdown multiple crew and machines are required then contrcator shall mobilise the Multiple machines along with operators for round the clock work on individual machines. Payment of Multiple machines and its resources shall be paid as per SOR rate. e.g.- If two no machine and its resources mobilised during day to day maintenance or shut down then payment shall be made for 2 no qty.
