The Material Shall Be Supplied At Any Ndmc Stores As Per Direction Of Engineer-In-Charge . 2 . The Quoted Rates Shall Be Net , Inclusive Of All Taxes I . E . Gst , Cartage Etc . And Nothing Extra Shall Be Paid Over The Quoted Rates In This Account To The Contractor . 3 . No Other Brand Except As Mentioned In The Nomenclature Of The Item Shall Be Accepted . 4 . The Material Shall Be Supplied From Time To Time Proportionate To The Time Of Completion Of Supply Or As Per Directions Of The Engineer-In-Charge . 5 . One Sample From Each Items Shall Be Got Tested From The Laboratory As Approved By Bureau Of Indian Standard Govt . Laboratory . 6 . The Agency Shall Submit All Documents I . E . Valid License Certificate , Manufacturer Test Report Etc . Before Approval Of Sample And Supply Of Materials .

    2 2 Conditions:-\n1. The material shall be supplied at any NDMC stores as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.\n2. The quoted rates shall be net, inclusive of all taxes i.e. GST, cartage etc. and nothing extra shall be paid over the quoted rates in this account to the contractor. \n3. No other brand except as mentioned in the nomenclature of the item shall be accepted.\n4. The material shall be supplied from time to time proportionate to the time of completion of supply or as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.\n5. One sample from each items shall be got tested from the laboratory as approved by bureau of Indian Standard Govt. Laboratory.\n6.
