The job includes dismantling of old & defunct 115 TR Chiller Plant no. IV (Kirloskar Make) , shifting it to the safer place & stacking it properly . The Job includes modification of existing chiller & condenser pipe line by way of p/f of new pipe line from main header upto the new chiller plant after replacing the damaged & pitted pipe as per site requirement including P/F of butterfly Valves(Standard Make) on condenser & chiller lines of 125 mm size – 4 No’s with thermal insulation on chiller pipe line & valves etc . Making of chiller plant foundation as per site requirement according to the new chiller plant .\n The Job includes Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Centrifugal Mono bloc pumps of 20 HP – 2 Nos of Beacon/Kirloskar/any other Equivalent make having 2900 rpm , 3ph-50 HZ , 415 volts , total head – 39 Mtr. , capacity – 23 lps along with dismantling of old & defunct 2No. pumps installed at main AC plant Room of GMC&H Jammu. The Job includes modification of existing chiller & condenser pipe line of these pumps by way of p/f of new pipe line from main header after replacing the existing damaged & pitted pipe upto the new pumps as per site requirement along with P/F of butterfly Valves (Standard Make) on condenser & chiller lines for these pumps of 125 mm size – 4 No’s with thermal insulation on chiller pipe line & valves etc . Making of pump foundations. Providing of controlling system by p/f of main switch & MCCB’s , interlocked with the Main control panel & p/laying of cable from Servo stabilizer to the pump through main control panel as per required specification & site requirement\n The Job also includes SITC of one no. cooling tower 150 TR capacity along with allied works like providing & laying of additional water pipe line along with Valves of standard make at the inlet & outlet pipe line of required size , interconnecting with the existing cooling towers water pipe line system . Providing & Laying of cable (approx. 100 mtr. as per required specification) from main control panel at AC plant upto cooling tower at terrace of GMC&H, Jammu including providing of Control system by p/f of MCCB, interlocked with the existing system of the main control panel. Making of foundation for the cooling tower etc. Complete job in all respects as per site requirement.\n The job includes descaling of complete condenser pipe line with chemical descaler compound & p/f of new butterfly valves (Standard Make)– 125 mm– 18 nos by way of replacing the old & damaged butterfly valves fitted on the existing condenser & chiller pipe line feeding supply to existing pumps & chiller plants with proper thermal insulation where ever required. The Job also includes providing & fitting of M.S angle & wire mesh fencing of approx. 100’ L x 6’ H with 4 no. gates with proper locking system in front of Chiller plants for proper access to the chiller plants in case of any sort of maintenance along with two coats of painting of approved colour on the fencing and the gates. \n The Complete job including cost of material mentioned above or any other allied job/material required as per site requirement for execution of above jobs, taxes , labour charges , carriage , loading & unloading , tools & tackles ,safe stacking of supplied material etc. Complete job on Turn Key basis.\n | 1 | job |
