Shifting the pump set with allied components outside pump room with the help of chain pulley block and manual labour and then loading in mechanical transport for carriage to workshop and unloading there. Segregating the damaged parts i.e. pump shaft, impellers, Stage casing C.I Bodies, gland set and bearings, etc. Rebuilding of pump shaft by way of welding, turning and facing and making bearing. P/F of new impellers- 04 No. and repair to 02 Nos. impellers, neck rings- 06 No., bowl body – 01 No., Gland set-2 No., diffuser plate-4 No. P/F of new bearings 6305 – 02 Nos., at driving and Non-driving ends. The job also includes repairs to motor rotor after polishing and P/F bearing 6309 and 6310- 01 No. each. Assembling the pump motor set, Shifting of the repaired pump set back to site using manual labour and mechanical transport and then fitting on base plate and coupling both by P/F of coupling bolts and bushes after proper leveling alignment etc. P/F in position 95 mm sq. service cable 25 mtrs in length and HRC Type main switch 100 Amp. 01 No. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, Carriage (to & fro), hire charges of mech.
