Supply And Supervision Of Installation Of Degassing Facility And Allied Equipments At Raninagar Lpg Bottling Plant , West Bengal-1 Design, Supply And Supervision Of Installation Of 6 Headed Degassing Unit, With Tilting Type With All Accessories Including Pump, Flp Motor, Etc. Degassing Unit For The 6 Headed Tilting Type Degassing Unit Out Of Which 5 Heads Will Be Used For The Degassing Of 14.2 Kg / 19 Kg Cylinders And One Out Of The Six Will Be Designed In Such As Way That The Same Will Be Used For Degassing Of The 5 Kg Cylinders. The Unit Will Be With Tilting Type, And Each Of The Six Platforms Will Have Operation And Controls As Per The Tender Document. For The Filling Of The Water Into The Cylinders, An Flp Motor With A Centrifugal Pump Shall Be Used Of Sufficient Capacity So As To Fill All The Cylinders In Minimal Time. For Emptying The Water From The Cylinders, Compressed Air Shall Be Used With Rov Systems. There Shall Be A Water Tank For The Water Accumulation, And The Circuit Shall Be Closed Loop, I.E. Water Will Be Again Utilized For Degassing Of The Next Set Of The Cylinders. There Shall Be Flare Points From The Water Accumulation Tank And The Water Filling Manifolds For The Flaring Of The Vapour Lpg From The Cylinders. Additionally, There Shall Be One Adopter Fixed With The Adjacent Shed Pillars For The Water Filling Of The 47.5 Kg And Emptying With The Compressed Air Supply. The Adopter Of The 47.5 Kg Degassing Shall Be Connected With The Main Unit So As To Use The Main Units Flare Point, Pressurized Water And Air Supply, Etc. The Adopter Nozzles Length Shall Be Designed In Such A Way So That There Is Nil Water Remaining In The 47.5 Kg Cylinder After Degassing Procedure Is Completed. 2 Transportation & Installation Of Degassing Unit 3 Design, Supply And Supervision Of Installation Of Manual Depressurizing Unit – The Unit Shall Be Provided With Depressurization Unit Manual Adopters ( I.E. 4 Nos Of The Manual Adopters For The Depressurising Of 14.2 Kg, 19.0 Kg, 5 Kg And 47.5 Kg Vot Valves Respectively, And 1 Manual Adopter For The Depressurizing Lot 47.5 Kg ) . The Unit Shall Also Be Equipped For The Depressurizing Of The Lot Valves Of The 425 Kg Cylinders. Job Includes Transportation And Freight And P&F. 4 Design, Supply And Supervision Of Installation Of Valve Unscrewing Machine Fixed With Motor On The Top With Proper Clamping Mechanism For The Sc Valve Unscrewing Machine For Both Types Of The Cylinders I.E. 14.2 Kg And 19 Kg Cylinders And 5 Kg Cylinder. Job Includes Transportation And Freight And P&F.
