24 24 Supply and installation of advanced encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy coated), (80-100) microns Zinc Coating with pure Zinc (99.90%) & (200-250) Alloy Coating, dia of outer and inner pipe should be 76.2mm & 41.9mm respectively and 3.0M length of each, Zinc Coating with additional special alloy coating on the topside (300mm) for additional protection of the terminal, annuar space between the pipes should be COMPACTED FILL (CF) with & including Crystalline Conductive Compound by using machine, machine pressed COMPACTED FILL (CF) mixture in the pipes should not disintegrate or colloapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity, digging the pits and refilling the same with & including Electrodite/ Conductolite back fill compound (Ground Enhancer) and back fill compound (BFC) should be eco friendly & should not contain environmentally hazardous material/ metal and also having RoHS certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit should be provided with a RCC earth pit cover 1:3:6-20MM agregates and including FI clamps 40x6mm -2nos.(4mm long each clamp)for protection and safe guard of terminals. In areas, where soil condition is bad, good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the same with back fill compound (BFC) 2 to 4 bags (as per soil conditions) extra per pit/ unit. Since earth electrode of the earthing system should be in direct contact with the ground, hence, materials which to be used in the earthing, should have good electrical conductivity & anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions and complete earthing system conforming to IS : 3034 complete all as specified and directed.\nMake:- INDELAG or ASHLOK or MACMET as approved by GE. \nNotes:(i) Cost of excavation and all earth work shall deemed to be included in the unit rate as quoted by the contractor. \n(ii) The earthing value of each earthing pit to be below 1 ? (Ohm) on testing after completion.If the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. 10 EACH JOB
25 25 Disconnecting of GI earthing strips/earth wire leads of any size, any description and in any position from test point carefully and testing the earth resistance of any type of lightening conductor earthing with the help of earth tester of suitable capacity and recording Ohm value in the register as per proforma approved by Engineer-in-Charge including cleaning vegetation/wild growth sorrounding of 2 Mtr the earth pit and removing dust/deposited soil from earth pit complete all as specified an directed.\n 2550 EACH JOB
26 25.01 Note : (i) The contractor will arrange Earth Tester and all T&P & accessories for recording the reading.\n(ii) The contractor shall arrange for watering of the earth pit through watering pipe in the earthing to improve the resistance. Common salt min. 5 Kgs for each earthing pit shall be mixed with the water at site and filled/dropped in earthing through watering pipe as per site condition and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The water for this purpose shall be made available by the Deptt. at the nearest available source but contractor shall make his own arrangement for drawing water from this source.Cost for which shall deemed to be included in quoted rate and no extra payment shall be paid to contractor. \n(iii) The record of resistance value of each earthing alongwith date of testing shall be maintained on register as per format approved by Engineer-in-Charge. \n(iv) (a) 01 x Electrician and 01 x helper will be detailed by the contractor for attending above complaints daily basis. Cost for which shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.\n(b) Replacement of major items shall be measured and paid under relevant items of this schedule.\n(c) Electrician and helper so detailed by the contractor will report to MES complaint cell at 0800 hrs morning all working day to receive complaint slip from department and complaints shall be rectified within 08 hours. If contractor fails to detail above tradesmen, a panel recovery @ Rs 500.00 per day shall be made to the contractor and the shall be recovered from RAR/final bill. \n(v) Testing of the earthing shall be carried out periodically as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per site requirement and unit rate quoted by the contractor for all the material and arrangements shall deemed to be included for all the provisions for testing of the earthing for one time.
27 26 M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate of size approx 450x450x50mm thick as in earth pit cover with 3 nos 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways with 8 mm dia round bar handle including provision of lifting arrengement made out fo 8mm dia round bar complete all as spacified and directed. 200 EACH JOB
