Repair to vehicle by dismantling certain parts for taking out following u/s items from veh and replacement with new spares: \n(b) Repairing and testing of Brake system by replacing UNSV Brake Shoe - 04Nos, testing hand brake with cable and brake liners-04 Nos with new-01 Job\n(c) Dismantling and overhauling by removing unsv (01 Nos) clutch plate and release bearing-04 Set ,leaf spring -02 Nos -01 Job\n(d) Supply and fixing of pressure plates -01 Nos and tensioning spring of 04 sets -04 Sets-01 Job \n(e) Repair and refixing front glass of maruti gypsy with rubber gas kit and testing painting existing vehicle completely-01 Job \n(f) Supply and fixing of external portion body sheet including cutting welding painting with door completely of vehicle.- 01 Job. \n(g) Taking out engine assembly including draining out old unsv oil, bearings, gaskets ,timing gear drive accessories, valve mechanism, Oil pump,oil pressure & oil temperature Gauge and pistons complete, cleaning the same, repairing and replacing with new genuine valves, big end bearing, bushes, gaskets and seals, timing gear belt for smooth and efficient functioning.- 01 Job\n(h) Carried out the following misc repairs, servicing and replacement and testing complete.\n (i) Engine oil Castrol - 04 Ltrs\n (ii) Distilled water for batteries - 02 ltrs\n (iii) Oil filters Mico - 02 Nos\n (iv) Coolent Castrol - 04 Ltrs\n (v) Brake Oil Castrol - 500 ml\n(vi) Wax polish 200 gm - 02 Ltrs\n(vii) Fuel filter Mico - 02 Nos \n(viii) Grease - 1 Kg\n\n(j) Taking out four wheels properly from veh and cleaning, greasing thoroughly to bearing hub and realignment of four wheels complete with computerized system for accurate angulations of wheels and replacement of new arm for front wheels with proper greasing.\n (k) Cleaning washing and painting partially of the vehicle. \n (l) Numbering of vehicle, i.e Veh BA No. (Front & Rear), classification, formation Name,Tyre pressure, all as directed. \n
