annual maintenance contract For Cleaning , Maintenance And Horticulture Of Officer Club , Giridih Area . , bromming & cleaning all roods in and within the premises of building and other places as required with tools and tackels and stacking the garbage at specified places as per instruction of eic , cleaning , mopping & washing of floor of public building other places neatly with detergent/bleaching powder etc . all complete with tools and tackels and comsumable to make the floor clean & hygiene as per instruction of eic , clearing grass and removal of the rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared . , clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation , grass , brush wood , trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared . , cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank ( inside surface area ) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes , duster etc . , removal of silt , rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0 . 5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge .
