annual maintenance contract For Cleaning And Brooming Of Paparwatand Colony Under Giridih Area . , cleaning of surface drain including disposal of mud , sludge through trolly or other arrangement to a specified place ( in no case it shall be kept on banks ) within a lead of 1km complete as per instruction of eic above 300 mm upto 600 mm including tools and tackles etc . all complete . , bromming & cleaning all roods in and within the premises of building and other places as required with tools and tackels and stacking the garbage at specified places as per instruction of eic , clearing grass and removal of the rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared . , cleaning of surface drain including disposal of mud , sludge through trolly or other arrangement to a specified place ( in no case it shall be kept on banks ) within a lead of 1km complete as per instruction of eic . up to 300 mm wide . ( including tools and tackles etc . all complete ) , cleaning all type of roofs including removal of dry leaves , weeding and cleaning drain holes , broming etc . all complete with tools and tackels and stacking the garbage at specified places as per instruction of eic , supplying labours , tools and tackles for cleaning filled and chocked man hole , septic tank , inspected-chamber , gullay pits , sewerage tank etc . in all lifty and disposal of spoils upto a lead of 50m all complete as per specification and direction , ( removal of garbage/dustbin ) earth work in excavation by mechanical means ( hydraulic excavator ) / manual means over areas ( exceeding 30cm in depth . 1 . 5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan ) including disposal of excavated earth , lead upto 50m and lift upto 1 . 5m , disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed . 2 . 6 . 1 all kinds of soil , carriage of materials ( earth ) , collection of garbage from door and disposal of the same thorough trolley or other suitable arrangement to the specified place within a lead of 1 km including sweeping of staircase ( 1 st & 2nd floor qtrs0 with all tools and tackles complete as per instruction of eic . , general pest control with malathion 50% e . c . and nuvan 75% e . c . ( 2 ml malathion and 6 ml nuvan to be mixed with 1 ltr water ) for indoors as well as outdoor treatment once in a month as per directions of eic . ( treatment to be done using spray machine along with proper safety provisions like masks etc . ) , fogging with smoker mixed in diesel ( @8 ml smoker per ltr of diesel ) as per direction of eic ( treatment to be done using spray machine along with proper safety provisions for sprayer like mask etc . ) , analysed for carriage/supplying of bleaching powder at different places of benaidih colony once in week , total impact of gst for the purpose of ctc
