Toyota Innova Or Equivalent Of Same Class Or Boot Space With Well Maintained Vehicle Alongwith Driver , Fuel And Lubricant For Official Usage With 1800 Km Per Month / 26 Days ( 8 Hrs Daily ) . Total Period - Six Month Notes For Srl Item No 1 : ( I ) Cost Of Engine Oil , Fuel Oil Shall Be Brone By The Contractor . ( Ii ) Driver Must Have Vaild Driving Licence For The Class Of Vehicle , No Smoking / Drinking And Follow Traffic Rule . ( Iii ) Vehicle Shall Be In Serviceable Condition With Proper Documents . ( Iv ) . Toll Tax If Paid On The Way Of Journey Shall Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor . ( V ) Contractor Shall Be Operational For 06 Months . ( Vi ) Mode Of Payment . - Quarterly . Work Under This Contract Shall Be Carried Out In Accordance With Item No 1 . ( 2 ) Maximum Vehicle That Can Be Requisition Per Day - 1 No ( 3 ) Local Duties Shall Be Up To 30 Km From Jhakri . ( 4 ) Out Station Duties Shall Be From ( I ) Jhakri To Averipatti ( Ii ) Jhakri To Shimla ( Iii ) Jhakri To Chandigarh ( Iv ) Jhakri To Pooh 2 . Fuel And Lubrication Oil :- Fuel To The Vehicle On Daily Basis Shall Be Provided By The Contractor And Periodical Change Of Engine Oil , Break Oil And Lubrication Shall Be Done By The Contractor At Regular Intervals For Smooth Runing Of Vechicle . 3 . Servicing To Vehicle:- Regular Service To Vehicle As Specified By Manufacturer Shall Be Carried Out By The Contractor From Time To Time . 4 . Road Permit :- Vehicles Shall Have Valid Permit Pass . 5 . Pollution Control :- Contractor Shall Have Obtained The Pollution Control Certificate Of Vehicles As Specified In Traffic Rules And Regulations . 6 . Driver :- Driver Shall Be In Possession Of Vaild Driving Licence . 7 . Allegnment And Wheel Balancing :- Alignment And Wheel Balancing Of The Vehicle Shall Be Got Done By The Contractor From Time To Time . 8 . The Driver Shall Be In Possesion Of Vehicle Running Km Index Format Attached . He Shall Get It Signed From The Passanger And Shall Submit The Same Along With Payment Claim . 9 . Vehcile And Wheels :- Wheels As Well As Vehicle Provided By The Contractor Shall Be In Good Conditions . 10 . Puncture Of Wheels :- Puncture Of Wheels Shall Be Made Good By The Contractor . 11 . Toll Tax :- Cost Of Toll Tax Paid Shall Be Borne By The Contractor . 12 . The Following Points Be Ensured By The Contractor During The Contract Period:- ( A ) Vehicle Of Model 2016 And Above And Confirming To Vehicle Emissions Norm As Applicable In The Himachal Pradesh And Chandigarh Regions Will Only Be Accepted . ( B ) The Vehicle Must Be In Possession Of Vaild Rc Book Alongwith Proof Of Registration And Should Have Vaild Operating Permit From The Regional Transport Office Letter From Rto Regarding Change Of Ownership Of Vehicle Or Similar Documents Will Not Be Accepted As Rc Books . All Vehicle Should Be Registered With Relevant Rto And The Vehicles Hired Under The Contract Should Not Be Under Litgation And Should Have Comprehensive Vaild Insurance And Taxes Paid To Rto . In Addition All Mandatory Documents Required By Civil Adminstration Would Be Carried By All Vehicles . Vehicles Not Possessing The Same Would Be Dehired At The Cost Of The Firm And Firmshall Be Penalized By The Contract Operating Authority . ( C ) Vehicles Must Possess Vaild Pollution Control Certification And Should Not Emit Safety Excessive Smoke . ( D ) Vehicles Must Have Fully Serviceable Brakes , Indicators , Head Lights , Horn And Safety Equipment As Per The Rules Of The Land . ( E ) Decision Of The Hiring Authorities On The Quality Of Vehicles Will Be Final And Binding . 13 . Standrad Of Drivers :- Contractor Will Be Required To Ensure The Following With Respect To Driver :- ( A ) Must Possess Vaild Driving License . ( B ) Should Have Adequate Knowledge Of Himachal Pradesh Region . 14 . Filure Of Services :- ( A ) In Case Contractor Fails To Supply The Required Vehicles On Any Day During The Contract Period The Operating Authority Will Be Free To Hire Vehicles From Any Other Source At The Preveiling Market Rates At The Risk And Expenses Of The Contractor . ( B ) In Case Of Breakdown Of Any Vehicles While On Duty The Contractor Shall Be Responsible To Provide Substutute Vehicle With In 60 Minutes Of Reporting Of The Break Down Time . 15 . Penalty :- ( A ) Not Providing Of Vehicle - Rs 3000 / - Per Day . ( B ) Late Reporting Of Vehicle - Rs 200 / - Per Hour . ( C ) Vehicle Provided Is Not As Per Sch A Rs 1000 / - Per Day ( D ) In Case Of Breakdown Delay - Rs 1000 / - Per Day .

(vii) Distance travelled shall be considered between pickup point to drop point as given below:- (1) GE Office Jhakri (2) MES office Averipatti\nGeneral Notes:- (1). Work under this contract shall be carried out in accordance with Item No 1. (2) Maximum vehicle that can be requisition per day - 1 No \n(3) Local duties shall be up to 30 KM from Jhakri. FUEL AND LUBRICATION OIL :- Fuel to the vehicle on daily basis shall be provided by the contractor and periodical change of engine oil , break oil and lubrication shall be done by the contractor at regular intervals for smooth runing of vechicle. 3. SERVICING TO VEHICLE:- Regular service to vehicle as specified by manufacturer shall be carried out by the contractor from time to time. 4. ROAD PERMIT :- Vehicles shall have valid permit pass. 5. POLLUTION CONTROL :- Contractor shall have obtained the pollution control certificate of vehicles as specified in traffic rules and regulations. 6. DRIVER :- Driver shall be in possession of vaild driving licence. 7. ALLEGNMENT AND WHEEL BALANCING :- Alignment and wheel balancing of the vehicle shall be got done by the contractor from time to time. 8. The driver shall be in possesion of vehicle running KM index format attached. He shall get it signed from the passanger and shall submit the same along with payment claim. 9.VEHCILE AND WHEELS :- Wheels as well as vehicle provided by the contractor shall be in good conditions. 10.PUNCTURE OF WHEELS :- Puncture of wheels shall be made good by the contractor. 11. TOLL TAX :- Cost of Toll Tax paid shall be borne by the contractor. 12.The following points be ensured by the contractor during the contract period:-(a) Vehicle of model 2016 and above and confirming to vehicle emissions norm as applicable in the Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh regions will only be accepted. (b) The vehicle must be in possession of vaild RC book alongwith proof of registration and should have vaild operating permit from the Regional transport office letter from RTO regarding change of ownership of vehicle or similar documents will not be accepted as RC books. All vehicle should be registered with relevant RTO and the vehicles hired under the contract should not be under litgation and should have comprehensive vaild insurance and taxes paid to RTO. In addition all mandatory documents required by civil adminstration would be carried by all vehicles. Vehicles not possessing the same would be dehired at the cost of the firm and firmshall be penalized by the contract operating authority. (c) Vehicles must possess vaild pollution control certification and should not emit safety excessive smoke. (d) Vehicles must have fully serviceable brakes,Indicators , head lights, horn and safety equipment as per the rules of the land. (e) Decision of the hiring authorities on the quality of vehicles will be final and binding. \n13. STANDRAD OF DRIVERS :- Contractor will be required to ensure the following with respect to Driver :- (a) Must possess vaild driving license. (b) Should have adequate knowledge of Himachal Pradesh region. 14. FILURE OF SERVICES :- (a) In case contractor fails to supply the required vehicles on any day during the contract period the operating authority will be free to hire vehicles from any other source at the preveiling market rates at the risk and expenses of the contractor. (b) In case of breakdown of any vehicles while on duty the contractor shall be responsible to provide substutute vehicle with in 60 minutes of reporting of the break down time. \n15. Penalty :- (a) Not providing of vehicle - Rs 3000/- Per day. (b) Late reporting of vehicle - Rs 200/- per hour.
