( a ) master plan of the velodrome . ( b ) grading & drainage plan for velodrome . ( c ) cost estimation of velodrome . ( d ) structural drawing preparation submission and vetting from jadavpur university / iit or equivalent any govt . institution . ( e ) preparation of tender documents . ( f ) construction specifications & supporting documentation for velodrome . ( g ) assistance in bid preparation review of tender bids & selection of contractor ( if required ) ( h ) project management consultancy for velodrome including 3rd party inspection . ( i ) periodical inspection by the architect during execution for assistance of construction of velodrome . ( j ) phase wise development and planning suggestion thereof .
