Concept, planning for construction of velodrome in AA-IIE, New Town, Kolkata including complete layout & planning for amenities associates and required for the Project approx. length 250M. \n(a) Master Plan of the velodrome.\n(b) Grading & drainage plan for velodrome.\n(c) Cost Estimation of velodrome.\n(d) Structural drawing preparation submission and vetting from Jadavpur University/IIT or equivalent any Govt. Institution.\n(e) Preparation of Tender documents.\n(f) Construction specifications & supporting documentation for velodrome.\n(g) Assistance in Bid preparation review of tender bids & selection of contractor (if required)\n(h) Project management consultancy for velodrome including 3rd party inspection.\n(i) Periodical inspection by the Architect during execution for assistance of construction of velodrome.\n(j) Phase wise development and planning suggestion thereof. \n(k) Releasing of G.F.C. drawing\n(l) Preparation of all services drawings.\n(m) Preparation of all HVAC, Electrical and ELV drawing and submission etc. as required.\n
