(a) Consultancy for Architectural/ Structural design for Toilet block Bldg No. P-42 at AF Station Tughlakabad under GE (AF) Tughlakabad. The scope of work is as under:-\n(i) Designing, drafting, preparation of Architectural/Structural detailed drawings on A2 Size in 05 sets and soft copy (01 No) and supply of design folder containing load calculations, material strength and design calculation based on Architectural drawing data/site plan, supplied by department for Improvement to toilet and Bathroom at 7BRD . Total plinth area of bldg as per Architectural drawings. Approx plinth area of bldg 85.48 Sqm. \n(ii) Analysis and structural design of structures shall be as per IS:456-2000, IS: 1893-2002 & relevant international codes) with loading parameters from IS:875n(latest version) and other relevant IS codes/SPs. \n(iii) Grade of conc shall be M-25 . Cement used shall be PPC/OPC 43 Grade.\n(iv) Reinforcement bars used shall be TMT bars (Fe 500 Grade) conforming to relevant IS Grade structural steel used should be of FY 250 Grade conforming to IS: 800-2007. Hot rolled and cold rolled steel section as per national & international codes shall be used.\n(v) Foundation shall be designed as per bearing capacity of soil 10 T/Sqm at 1.5 Meter depth and as per soil investigation report. Tentative line plan will be supplied by the Deptt.\n(vi) Building shall be designed for seismic zone IV critical condition Earth quake load, wind load and dynamic load due to vibration of equipment shall be considered in structural design.\n(vii) Building shall be designed for fire resistance for 02 hours duration as applicable for the bldg, conforming to provisions of NBC 2005 & international codes.\n(viii) Any other data/design parameter required while carrying out structural design shall be asked from GE (AF) Tughalkabad. \n(ix) Before finalizing structural drg one set will be submitted for comments to GE (AF) Tughlakabad. The drg shall be signed by the competent Engineer.\n2. The final Architectural/Structural drg shall be submitted duly signed & stamped by competent Engineer Auth within 15 days after approval of drg by GE (AF) Tughlakabad.\n3. Architectural/Structural drawing once submitted will be the property of Commander Works Engineer Tughlakabad and the consultancy will have no claim or rights there after on the same.4. Payment will be made on completion of work.\n
