1.The above details are taken as per Minimum wages. The rates will vary as per the Regional Labour Commissioner notification from time to time. 2 Bidder shall quote Service charges in percentages above fixed rate mentioned above. Quoted Service Charges should include contractors profit, overheads, all incidental charges like Administrative and Profit Margin exclusive of GST in financial Bid through online in Tender Portal. 3.The evaluation will be done based on the Service charges quoted by the bidders. 4.Goods and Service Tax as applicable from time to time shall be paid by BSNL to the successful Tenderer on submission of the documentary proof along with subsequent bills. 5.
