( A ) . Operation And Maint Of Lt Panels Boards , Switchgears , Lt Terminal Connections As Directed By Engineers-In-Charge . ( B ) . If Load Shedding Is Required Based On Power Supply Interruption To Carry Our Any Repair / Maint Wk , Operate The Outgoing Gods , Switchgears Etc As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge . ( C ) . In Case Of Break Down , Shut Down Or Tripping Of Switchgears , Line Patrolling , Fault Tracing And Rectifying , All As Specified And Directed By The Engineers-In-Charge . ( D ) . Operating Of Changeovers , Checkling Their Links And Rectifing Faulty Links / Terminals , Cable Connections Etc All As Specified And Directed By The Engineers-In-Charge . ( E ) . Cleaning The Lt Panels And Other Connected Switchgears , Surrounding By Cutting Grass , Green Vegigation And Keep Neat And Clean At Installation / Eqpts , Pole Structure All As Specified And Directed By The Engineers-In-Charge . ( F ) . Carry Out Daily Check Of Timers , Contactors Etc Their Amperage , Volts Etc Necessary Rectifications All As Specified And Directed By The Engineers-In-Charge . ( G ) . The Electricians Are To Covers Areas Of Dinjan Alongwith Outerpockets All As Specified And Directed By The Engineers-In-Charge . ( H ) . It Shall Be Deemed That Quoted Rates Are Based On Minimum Wages Notified By The Concerned Authority For The Station I . E Govt Of India / Assam Govt / Union Teritory , Whichever Is Higher Including All Statutory Provisions Such As Epf , Gst , Esic , Bonus , Labour Welfare Cess ( Lwc ) And Contractors Overhead & Profits Etc As Applicable . ( Ii ) In Case The Rates Quoted By Tenderer Are Less Than The Notified Minimum Wages As On Bid Submission End Date Including All Statutory Provisions Such As Epf , Gst , Esic , Bonus , Labour Welfare Cess ( Lwc ) And Contractors Overhead & Profits Etc As Applicable , His Tender Will Be Treated As Non-Bonafide And Will Not Be Considered For Acceptance . In Such Case , The Lowest Tender Shall Be Determined Amongst Valid / Bonafide Bids Only . ( Iii ) Tenderers Are Required To Quote Their Rates Upto Two Digits After Decimal Place Or Otherwise It Will Be Considered By Rounding Off To Two Digits After Decimal Place . ( Xiii ) Nil Or Zero Quoting Against Oh & Profit Will Be Rated As Non-Bonafide . ( Iv ) In Case Of Tie In Amount Between Two Or More Bidder Firms , The Preference Shall Be Given In Order Of Following Criterias :- ( A ) Class Of Contractor ( B ) Work Load Return ( C ) Financial Soundness ( As Per Solvency Certificate Issued By Bank ) ( D ) Contractor Will Also Provide Protective Mask And Sanitizer To Each Operator And Cost Of The Same Deemed To Be Included In The Quoted Rates . ( V ) Tenderer Must Visit All The Plants To Ascertain The Conditions Of The Plants As Well As To Ascertain The Exact Scope Of The Work With Prior Appointment Of Age E / M Dinjan Before Quoting Unit Rate And No Extra Claim What So Ever On This Account Will Be Entertained At A Later Date . ( Vi ) The Contractor Shall Be Responsible For Making Good Damage Occurred Due To In-Adequate Experience Of Staff Employed By Him And Or Negligence Of His Workman . ( Vii ) The Contractor Shall Be Responsible To Keep The Electric Supply Installation Neat And Clean On Every Day Including Cutting Of Grass Inside Fencing And Outside 3 Metre Around Fencing Of The Water Point . ( Viii ) The Contractor Shall Pay To His Workmen In Their Bank Account And Statement Of Bank Account Shall Be Submitted To Ge For His Verification While Claiming Interim Payment . ( Ix ) The Electrician / Mate Shall Be Minimum Eighteen Years Of Age At The Time Of Appointment . ( X ) The Minimum Qualification Of The Electrician Shall Be Matriculation ( 10Th Pass ) From A Recognised Board And Iti Passed Or Equivalent From A Recognized Iti / Ncvt In The Respective Trade .
