( Vii ) Persons Employed Should Have The Minimum Qualifications As Specified In Particular Specifications Part-Ii Forming Part Of Tender Documents As Per Their Trade . ( Viii ) Contractor Shall Be Fully Responsible For The Performance Of Duties By The Tradesman Employed By Him All As Specified In Particular Specifications Part-Ii Forming Part Of Tender Documents . 8	5	Providing trade services for meter reading of Officers/ JCOs/ NCOs Md accommodation and OTM accommodation under AGE (I) Naya Raipur from 08:30 Hrs to 17:00 Hrs in shift of (08) eight hours (excluding lunch hour) per day except Sunday and closed Holiday, to recording the readings manually or through computerised software on monthly basis from electronic energy meter of any type and capacity located at consumer premises, keeping proper day to day records of generated & paid bills of electricity (to be mentioned in maintenance record register supplied by the contractor) by deploying minimum total (01) One No. METER READER having full knowledge of the trade alongwith proper T&P and equipments (other than computer and computer stationery and electronic instrument loaded with software), safety measures etc comprising of duties/ work complete in the manner as specified under Srl item No. 5.10 here-in-after and/ or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.		275	Job Per Day
9	5.1	Notes for comprising of duties/ works under item No. 5.00 :-\n(i) Electronic instrument loaded with software required for meter reading and any other materials required to perform other duties by Meter Reader pertains to BSO sub division shall be issued directly by the BSO sub division through Engr-in-Charge/ BSO on the format as decided by the GE/ AGE(I) for issue and receipt of materials.\n(ii) Contractor will ensure with proper functioning of MES service centers of concerned sub division by providing monthly meter reading book and job card book for recording of meter reading on meter card as per work order/ written schedule issued/ directed by Engr-in-Charge/ BSO and obtain user's signature on meter card. On completion of meter readings on meter card, the same will be deposited to Engr-in-Charge/ BSO/ his designated representative duly signed on a daily basis.\n(iii) Cost of fixing/ refixing/ removing of items/ meters, uniform & all type of tools & equipments as required shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.\n(iv) Location and place for recording of meter reading and other duty shall be as per requirement of trade services for METER READER in different areas under AGE (I) Naya Raipur as directed by Engineer in charge/ BSO/ his designated representative within 4.0Km radius from Sub-Divn office.\n(v) Contractor shall be fully responsible for conveyence and required T&P and equipments to obtain the meter reading by concerned tradesman.\n(vi) Persons employed should have the minimum qualifications as specified in Particular Specifications Part-II forming part of tender documents as per their trade. \n(vii) Contractor shall be fully responsible for the performance of duties by the tradesman employed by him all as specified in Particular Specifications Part-II forming part of tender documents. \n(viii) Contractor shall be responsible for security pass to the tradesman.
10	6	General Notes for all items of BOQ :-\n(i) Normal Working Timing - 08.30 AM to 5.00 PM on all working days except Sunday & Holidays. Unit of measurement is Job Per Day, hence, it is the prime responsibility of the contractor to arrange the minimum numbers of trade persons as per BOQ with prior approval of GE/ AGE(I) to attend and dispose off the complaints within stipulated time according to their priority as specified in details in Particular Specifications Part-II forming part of tender documents, failing which, necessary recovery as specified in succeeding paras of Particular Specifications Part-II forming part of tender documents shall be made from Contractor's dues during payment of RAR's and final bill.\n(ii) As per official schedule, Office shall be closed on every Sunday & all Gazetted/ Closed Holidays & no payment shall be allowed for these days except the services of essential nature like- supply of electricity/ water and sewerage complaints if necessary/ unavoidable and ordered by GE/ AGE(I) in writing to attend the complaints and in these conditions, contractor is fully bound to provide trade services under the subject contract to attend and dispose off the complaints within stipulated time according to their priority as specified in details in Particular Specifications Part-II forming part of tender documents. If contractor deny to attend and dispose off the complaints on these conditions, a lump sum penal recovery of Rs. 1000/- per denial shall be made from Contractor's dues during payment of RAR's and final bill in addition to other penal recovery, if any applicable.\n(iii) Leave of deployed persons under inescapable conditions shall be allowed only on prior intimation. In such case, contractor has to make suitable alternate arrangements so that interruption of office work does not happen.\n(iv) Deployed persons shall report daily to JE/ Engineer-in-Charge or nominated officer by concerned Office Administration for their attendance and to obtain the instructions. Attendance of the persons shall be maintained by the Contractor as per format attached to Particular Specifications Part-II as Appx 'A' duly signed by all concerned on daily basis.
