Total cost of works as per section 5.2( scope of work)\n1. Preparation and submission of draft conceptual drawing including 3D format pertaining to architectural and interior Design with at least 03 options (03 copies or as directed).\n2. Preparation of complete structural drawings based on soil investigation report ( soil investigation work will be carried out by this office and data will be provided for design purpose. \n3. Preparation and submission of electrical drawings of proposed work. (03 copies or as directed).\n4. Preparation and submission of detailed drawings for furniture arrangement.\n5. Preparation and submission of final working architectural drawings comprising of detailed interior decoration design, electrical fittings & fixtures and furniture in hard copy and CD format (03 copies or as directed).\n6. Preparation of BOQ including finalization of specification based on the approved drawings.\n7. Obtaining necessary approvals/clearance from Goa State Government Authorities and other relevant statutory authorities. \n
