( Frequency Twice A Week ) , Sweeping , Mopping Cleaning Of Toilets As Per Scope Of Work Including All Fittings And Fixures Using All Necessary Cleaners Etc . , Atleast Thrice Per Week To The Satisfaction Of Engineer-In-Charge Or His Authorised Representative ( Frequency Twice A Week ) , Collection Of Garbage From All Four Garbage Chutes As Well As Other Area Of Cmpdi Colony Premises And Disposal Of The Same At The Municipal Garbage Dump Site Or Any Other Suitable Location Including Cost Of Labour And Transporatation ( Frequency Thrice Per Month ) , Supply Of Toilet Cleaner ( Harpic Or Equivalent ) As Per Instruction Of Engineer-In-Charge , Supply Of Floor Cleaner ( Lizol Or Equivalent ) As Per Instruction Of Engineer-In-Charge , Supply Of Bleaching Powder As Per Instruction Of Engineer-In-Charge , Providing Services For Miscellenous Nature Of Unskilled Work As Per Direction Of Engineer-In-Charge , Cleaning Of All The Septic Tanks , Sewer Chambers Present In The Cmpdi Colony Including Cleaning Of Surrounding Area And Disposal Of All The Waste Outside The Colony Premises To The Desired Place And Applying Necessary Cleaners As Per Instruction Of Eic Or His Authorised Representative .
