2 1.01 The single/double leaf doors shall be provided with vision panels of minimum size 200 x 400 mm made out of minimum 6mm thick fire rated monolithic, clear glass of 120 min. fire rating from Schott (Germany)/Central /Firelite with complete fire rated gasket channel & moulding beading and filling the gap between moulding /beading and glass with suitable sealant including fixing each shutter with 4 Nos. stainless steel ball bearing hinges 304 grade of size 102mm x 76mm x 3mm with screws. The manufacturer should have tested the entire assembly from CBRI Roorkee along with the required size of fire rated vision panels and approved hardware for 2 hrs. fire rating and shall submit the same for both single leaf and double leaf configurations prior to manufacturing, to the Engineer-in-charge for approval of the agency. One door shall out of the entire lot shall be tested from CBRI Roorkee and the testing charges shall be reimbursed to the contractor on successful submission of the test reports. 2

16 8.02 The Anutone Strut framework system shall include Anutone Strut CC25, fully knurled, sectional thickness 0.55mm, length 3600mm, web 50mm, depth of 25mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened to the wall positioned horizontally/vertically at every 600mm centres.\nAnutone Strut CC18,aluminium core cross channel, thickness 0.5mm, length 2400mm, web 15mm & 27mm, depth 18mm and flanges of 7mm with suitable edge & center brackets is then fixed perpendicular to the Strut CC25 with the help of fasteners at every 400mm centers\nAnutone Slats Surco of size 128x 2440x16mm in then fixed perpendicular to Strut CC18 with suitable edge & centre brackets. Contractor to provide expansion joints of 3mm at every 4.88m length wise and 4.992m width wise. \nNote:-Wooden packing of appropriate thickness to be provided at rear of strut to bring finish inline with Strand 1Color finish. 16

19 9.01 Supply and Installation of Anutone Pixel Smery, perforated GFR gypsum panels, consisting of Anutone Pixel 0308 panel, backlined with acoustical fleece, having 3x3mm square perforations @ 8.33mm pitch - 8 % open area, size 1200x2400x12.5mm tapered long edges, volume density of base board 700 Kgs/m3, weight 9Kgs/m2 finished with Anutone Smery acoustical paper, size 1000x25000x0.75mm and acrylic paint (Paint not by Anutone) installed by using Anutone Strut framework system. 19
20 9.02 The Anutone Strut framework systems includes Anutone Strut CC25, fully knurled, sectional thickness 0.55mm, length 3600mm, web 50mm, depth of 25mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened to the wall positioned horizontally at 600mm centers for upto RH70, at 400mm centers for RH70-RH90 and at 300mm centers for >RH90. \nAnutone Pixel 0308 is installed on the Strut CC25 with suitable fasteners at 600/400/300mm centres.\nThe longer edges of panels should be perpendicular to length of Strut CC25.\nThe tapered longer edges are then filled and finished with Anutone Seam AJC and tape (tape not by Anutone).\nThe short square edges are also similarly finished but no tape. Apply one coat of white primer (Paint not by Anutone) with roller brush evenly across the Pixel surface to achieve uniform colour. Note:-Wooden packing of appropriate thickness to be provided at rear of strut to bring finish inline with Slats Surco finish. 20
21 9.03 Smery Paper Installation:\nApply vinyl glue thinly, evenly and fully on Anutone Pixel to receive the Anutone Smery acoustical paper. \nCut Smery rolls with sharp knife to required size. \nPaste the Smery on Pixel and smooth it with plastic rasper.\nEnsure butt joints between successive drops are fine and level. Wherever Smery joints are aligned with Pixel perforations ensure to block/close the perforations by using Seam AJC to achieve smooth surface below the joints. \nSmery is finished with approved colour water base acrylic paint by using roller brush. \nPaint a second finishing coat on the Smery when the first coat is dry.(Paint not by Anutone) 21
22 9.04 The system is backlined with the acoustical infill Anutone SynthPF 10x25 adhered using Stick S7. Make: anutone, AMF, Denoline complete in all respect with the prior approval of Engineering In Charge. 22 212 Sqm
