Note: \n1. All the definitions shall be as per the Draft Concession Agreement (RFP unless specifically stated otherwise in this document. \n2. A bidder may quote a Concession Fee or O&M support but not both. In case the bidder quotes a combination of Concession Fee as well as O&M support, the bid will be rejected.\n3. If the bidder quotes Concession Fee, then put \"0\" (zero) on O&M support column and vice versa.\n4. The Concession Fee/O&M support has to be quoted as an absolute amount as per Article 21.1.1 and 21.3 of the Draft Concession Agreement, and subject to conditions therein.\n5. The bidders would quote their Concession Fee/O&M support in absolute terms of Indian Rupee.\n6. In case of any variance in Concession Fee/O&M support quoted between any value in numeral/figures and words, the amount in words shall prevail.
