    Purchase Of Video Conferencing Equipments-2 65” Smart T.V. with UHD (4K) Android operating system with 1 Year warranty with HDMI, Ethernet, USB Port. (Make- Samsung, Sony, LG, MI, Nokia, Motorola, Realme, One Plus) 3 Video Conferencing Equipments (As per Annexure-1 or its exact equivalent subject to acceptance of Technical wing of DPL) with at least 1 Year onsite warranty. (Make-Asus, Polycom, Sony, Lifesize, Logitech, Yealink) 4 Additional Warranty of One Year for above Video Conferencing equipment 5 Stand for Mounting the Video Conferencing equipment of reputed band which may be adjustable in Height and direction 6 Software Licence for conducting e conference with at least 50 users and feature of recording of proceedings in secure mode which may be downloaded to archive. The Software will be able to seamlessly integrate with proposed Hardware as above.(Make-Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex , Yealink Cloud) 7 Installation of the systems and other related Hardware required in the Two locations (Durgapur and Kolkata)
