The Rate Quoted Is Deemed To Be Inclusive Of The Cost Of Log Book/Sheet And Shut/Break Down Register And Cost Of T &P For Maint Work , And Minor Consumables Such As Pvc Insulation Tape , Screws , Washers , Nails , Teflon Tape , Fuse Wire , Clips Etc For Day To Day Maintenance And Repairs . ( Ii ) . The Rate Quoted Is Deemed To Be Inclusive Of Providing Mobile Communication System For Each Shift I . E .
