    Invitation Of Bids For Provision Of Transport Services ( Load Carrier Vehicles ) At Dimapur / Rangapahar Military Station To Zakhama , Leimakhong And Any Location ( Unit / Location ) For The Period From 01 Apr 2021 To 31 Mar 2022 , Truck Upto 5 / 10 / 20 Ton , Rangapahar / Dimapur To Zakhama ( 100 Kms ) , Rangapahar / Dimapur To Leimakhong ( 215 Kms ) , Truck Upto 5 Ton , Rangapahar / Dimapur To Any Location ( Minimum 80 Kms ) , Truck Above 5 Ton Upto 10 Ton , Rangapahar / Dimapur To Any Location ( Minimum 80 Kms ) , Truck Above 10 Ton Upto 20 Ton , Rangapahar / Dimapur To Any Location ( Minimum 80 Kms ) , Remarks . 1 . Standard Rates Of Day And Night Halts , Extra Charges Per Kms And Hours Is Given As Given At Para 18 Of Part Ii Of Rfp ( See Appendix E Of The Rfp Also ) . These Standard Rates Will Be Paid As Per Their Applicability On Actual Hiring . 2 . Bidders Are Requested To Quote For All Type Of Vehicles / Route Contained In This Boq . No Column Will Be Left Blank . In Case Partial Rates Are Quoted . , The Bid Will Be Declared Invalid . Column 13 , 14 & 15 To Be Filled By Bidder . 3 . As Night Halt / Extra Kms / Extra Hrs As Fixed By Board Of Officers . Quantities Indicated Are Approximate Derived From Previous Utilisation Pattern . Utilisation Is Not Assured And Will Be On Requirement . No Costs And No Claim Basis For Variation In These Quantities . 4 . Contract Value = Value Of Boq + Value At Appx E Of Rfp .
