1 Supply, installation and commissioning of LPG cremator suitable for pipeline gas as well as LPG with required firefighting system and electrical power back-up system as per the relevant IS code specification, including all applicable taxes, transportation and loading, unloading, erection etc. complete. Specification - as directed by Engineer In charge.Single Unit Compact Design as per following specification:1 Furnace Casing: The casing and framework of the cremator shall be fabricated from steel plate and sectional steel construction, the whole braced for rigidity, so as to properly support the refractory and insulating materials with which the casing is lined. Externally, cremator’s main casing shall be with SS 304 panels for giving the cremator a pleasing appearance, these panels shall be ensured operator safety, by preventing any hot surfaces from being touched. The external SS 304 panels ensure a gap of air between the hot cremator casing, and the external surfaces, which can be touched. This shall greatly reduce the external surface temperatures. Cremator primary combustion chamber dimensions: around 900 X 880 X 2400 mm Long.The overall external dimensions of the cremator shall be generally around: Length: Approx. 3.50 meters, Width: Approx. 2.00 meters, Height: Approx. 3.50 meters Secondary Combustion Chamber volume: about 1.5 m3. Residence time in Post combustion chamber shall be greater than one second.The post combustion chamber shall be specifically designed to ensure a flue gas residence time of about 1 second at a flue gas temperature of about 850 °C. The approximate dimensions of the charging aperture shall be: -Width: around 1.00 metersHeight: around 0.95 meters2. Refractories & Insulation:Refractories shall be of high quality, comprising fire-brick, semi-insulating Refractory and lightweight insulating refractory materials, backed by Calcium Silicate insulation at the furnace casing. High (60 % alumina) content refractory tile shall be used for the main hearth and floor of the adjacent off take flue. This material shall be of a high resistance to abrasion and thermal shock, a maximum service temperature of 1600°C, bulk density 2.25 g/cm3, and thermal conductivity of 2.0 W/m.K. The thickness of this tile is 100 mm. Above 42% alumina content refractory shall be used in the side walls of the cremator. This material shall have a high resistance to abrasion and thermal shock, a maximum service temperature of 1400°C, bulk density 2.25 g/cm3, and thermal conductivity of 1.9 W/m.K.3. Burners: Main chamber burner: approx. 358 kW packaged type (with suitable blower) Max fire. Secondary chamber burner: 358 kW package type (with suitable blower) Max fire. Burner fuel: main fuel as PNG/LPG. Burner control mode- On/Off in Main chamber. Burner control in secondary chamber: Hi/low. The Burners shall be ignited automatically, and the burner system shall be protected against flame failure, thereby complying with the gas regulations. The Burner shall shut off the gas supply at the end of the cremation cycle automatically.4. Charging Trolley Body charging trolley would be used for smooth loading of body in to furnace. Conveyor drive consist of Rolling drum, motor, gearbox, chains, rollers and wire mesh etc. Dead human body would be loaded on to the hearth by means of a suitable travelling trolley. Mesh belt for the conveyor would be provided for laying the human dead body in the cremator in a dignified manner. The conveyor would be Roller type. The mesh belt shall be manufactured from Stainless Steel or Carbon steel of 10SWG.The conveyor motor shall be of suitable HP with suitable gear box for speed reduction. The body loading trolley shall be guided in to the furnace with the help of MS channels laid on the floor level.5. Programmable Logic Controller or any suitable control system:Programmable PLC based Control system with relay such that it gives the all possible 'safety features and controls' which are mentioned elsewhere in General Technical Specifications. Here safety & ease in process-control is the essence & accordingly state the technical details about safety features and operation controls incorporated.6 Fresh Air Blower:The Centrifugal fan will be of CS casing and impeller, which shall be directly coupled to motor fixed on the frame. 7. Heat Exchanger:Fresh air introduced inside the chamber will pass through heat exchanger located at the outlet of furnace extracting heat from flue gases 8. Wet Scrubber:The Furnace system shall be incorporated with ventury scrubber system for the pollution free discharge of the flues from the furnace of the crematorium. The exhaust gasses coming out of furnace which are hot dust laden gases coming from flue duct shall be connected by required size of SS 304 duct. It shall be passed through efficient venturi type water scrubber to control the pollution as per the mandatory norms of environmental authority (MPCB/CPCB). These gasses are conveyed into the section where spray nozzles introduce water in such a manner that the incoming gases impinge on the water quenching them to a point at or near the saturation temperature of the gas. Due to the high degree of turbulence, atomization and impact at the throat, the dust particles shall be effectively removed from the gas stream and same shall be entrapped in the water droplets. Further the mist eliminator shall be provided to reduce the water droplets enter the blower casing. Blower shall be of Capacity of 3500 NCuM/Hr at 200 mm WC. 9. Ducting:The ducting shall be provided to complete the interconnection of the cremation system. It shall be of SS 304, with thickness of 2mm & diameter of about 300mm. These ducts shall be provided with suitable dampers and fittings such as tees, elbows, bends etc. These ducting shall be laid & fixed with a suitable support from the hall or shed at no extra cost. These supports shall not cause any harm to the hall or shed.10. Chimney: Normal height of Chimney is 30 Mtr. X 1200 mm dia at bottom for common three furnaces. Chimney shall self-supported and shall be fabricated from carbon steel material with internal and external painting. It should have sampling point at 14 Mtr. Height. Suitable ladder & landing platform shall be provided.Aviation lighting with Day & night on/ff and lightning arrester shall be provided.12. Safety Equipment: 1) There must a shut off valves in the downstream. The gas to air ratio is controlled. The gas supply will automatically shut of in the event if electrical failure. In case of ailure there will be pilot frame arrangement near the main burner for safety. 13. Fire Fighting equipment: Dry chemical powder cylinder each of capacity 7.50 kgs in two numbers and Carbon-di-oxide (CO2) cylinders two numbers as a fir extinguishers & two numbers of bucket with sand filled in must be provided.13. Others:1. LPG & CNG: manifold with Cylinder for LPG gas connection shall be provided. In case of PNG gas all expenses towards gas meter, gas train with complete connection.2. Existing DG set of 15 KVA for the system shall be provided by & it must get repaired by tenderer & for which provision is there limited to Rs.50,000/-is included in tender along with auto changeover panel Warranty should be of minimum 1 year for complete LPG Cremator system and all its parts.OPERATION & MAINTENANCE: -operation & maintenance of Gas crematorium including all major minor repairs, manpower electricity bills, fuel cost (LPG), record maintenance, housekeeping of premises as well as surrounding land scaping and other miscellaneous charges and all taxes as applicable. Witn one year gurantee & total Operation & maintenance period is three years (36 months)\n 1 1 NO
