Cleaning Of Ugrs At Idgah Bps , Tell Mill Bps , Multani Dhanda Bps , Motia Khan Bps And Sarai Khallil Bps Under Ae ( Em ) -Ii , cleaning of underground reservoir ( ugr ) at idgah bps by carried out following works . closing of sluice valve manually one by one suction / delivery side of ugrs and opening of ugrs cc cover with the help of manual labour , tool and tackles as per site requirement . , cleaning of underground sump ( independent staging ) including disposal of slit and rubbish , all as per direction of engineer-in-charge by providing of man and material as mentioned in dsr 2018 , item code 14 . 78 . the cleaning shall consist of following operations: a . tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of slit and other deposits . b . entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc . and pressure washed with water . c . chlorination of rcc internal surface by liquid chlorine . d . the treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface . , hiring of dg set of 62 kva capacity or as per site requirement with consideration of 1 dg set standby with fuel and operator etc . ( djb sor ) , hiring of halogen / led light 40 nos i/c wires etc . and making proper lighting arrangement in the reservoir , including all safety , water proofing , temporary installation & un-installation will be under the supervision of electrical qualified license holder .
