    Construction Of Bn Hqrs In Jammu Province Consultancy , site layout including preparation of raw site plan using ets ) , building layout plan . , i . submission of conceptual drawings for approval from competent authority . ii . preparation and submission of architectural and structural designs of the buildings . iii . water supply and sanitary system and specifications of fittings and fixtures . iv . electrification layouts including standards and specifications of fittings and fixtures . v . preparation and submission of working drawings including large scale details wherever required . vi . preparation and submission of bill of quantities . vii . preparation and submission of complete working drawings sufficient for execution . viii . site visits along with structural consultant as and when required during the execution of work . ix . fire fighting working drawings as per relevant is codes . x . the above drawings shall have to be provided as five ( 5 ) setsof hard copies & one set of soft copy or more if required free of cost . , soil investigation conducting of soil bearing test with auger wash boring upto a required depth by way of helical augur including of carriage of machinery upto site of work for various sites across all districts of jammu province or in accordance to various provisions of is:2720 .
