| 1 | 1 | Consultancy Services scope of work shall include the following works -\na) Initial Site visit by Design team of tenderer.\nb) The scope of work includes collection of all design data, meteorological data (except soil investigation report) and other parameters required for designing of retaining wall, boundary wall and other facilities for this project. \nc)Detailed design engineering for re-construction of entire retaining wall /boundary wall by complete demolition of the existing 230M stretch.\nd)Preparation of tender documents comprising of commercial terms & conditions AND technical specifications, data Sheet, Codes, Drawings, scope of works, QAP & other technical particulars/documents /drawings etc for proposed construction.\ne)Preparation of Engineering technical estimates & Schedules of works and bill of quantities of proposed construction for inviting tender (within tolerance of ±10%). The estimates should be supported by documentary evidences of arriving at the estimated rates like market quotation , recent old work orders of similar items, rate analysis etc.\nf)Preparation of all types of construction drawings for execution at site.\ng) Approval of Contractor’s drawings /documents - QAP, drawings ,documents, proposal for Extra works, preparing rate analysis and other particulars related to the project etc submitted by them\nh) Tender technical evaluation of all bidders and submitting the recommendations \ni) Undertaking re engineering & detailed design for any changes/modifications in the works/specification already frozen at any stage of works. If it is required for retendering/ extra works, the tenderer has to do the design and engineering and submit revised design, revised estimate, revised drawing and other revisions as required without any extra cost to IOCL. \nThe above works shall have to performed by the tenderer within the tender quoted rates. IOC shall not pay any extra on this account.\nj) Deputing Technical expert/Engineer of required discipline as per request of Rangpo BP site on call basis for - a) Inspection of construction activities/materials & certifying the quality/quantity and completeness as tender terms & conditions (b) Attending site for fixing site problems by making detailed analysis /investigation /survey & submitting detailed report with recommendations and technical specifications, estimate & drawings etc for solving the problems. c) deputing Engineer/technical expert at Rangpo site as per requirement/call from site in Charge/ IOCL & submitting report ( site visits shall be paid as per Sr no 2 of this SOW)\nk) Preparation and submission of As-built drawings.
