Contractors for 1 Dismantling, repairing,plastering of wall and ceiling of bedrooms and bathrooms.2 Machine cleaning, mosaic of the whole floor including bathroom floor and the walls.3 Painting of two coat first colour Berger paint alongwith primer. per square ft. Basis. 4 Two coat enamel paint of wooden doors, grills and steel window pallas. 5 Plumbing/ repairing work in bathroom and kitchen.6 Installation of geyser . 7 Carpentary work to be done alongwith replacement of old broken window glasses ,doorsand bathroom mirror etc.8 Thorough checking of electrical lines and lighting points/switches etc.
