SITC of 1.5 TR, 3 star rating invertor type split type AC unit having nominal cooling capacity of 4500 Kcal/hr (5.2 KW) with electronic expansion valve, minimum room air flow of 700 cub.mtr/hr and minimum energy efficient ratio (EER) of 3.5 to 3.99 as per ISEER along with the standard Hot gas & liquid copper piping with heatlone insulation tubes, power wire & PVC drain pipe up to the length of 4.5 mtrs including transportation etc, 4 nos free serviceing during garentee period of 1 year, complete as per specifications, terms and conditions attached as required Condenser coil tube and evaporator coil tube shall be made from copper of high quality grade & Fins of condencer should be high resistance to chemical fumes & high resistance to humidity etc as required.
