Renovation Repairing Of Soft Starter Of Pump Set No . 02 And 04 Of Schneider Make Installed At Delhi Gate Booster Pumping Station Re-Invited , dismantling of the existing starters , complete from the panel chamber after disconnecting all the mountings , bus bar connections , joints etc . . dismantling the control connections to discharge the starters completely . dismantling the outgoing contactor after dismounting it and disconnecting outgoing cable connections etc . , supply of soft starter of ats48 model , 220 kw reference no ats48c41q- make - schneider , installation of the new starter complete in the chamber along with providing all material required for the fixing of starter including carrying out complete work as per site requirement . , making the required incoming connections to the newly fixed soft starter with existing bus bars with replacing any defected links by new links if required of similar cross section including bending /cutting / shaping of bus bars as required . the job includes providing of material and other consumables for making joints as per site requirement . , re fixing of the contactor in the chamber after servicing of the contactor , testing it on no load for phase continuity , checking and tightening of outgoing cable connections / joints including replacing any defected nut / bolts if required . , making the required outgoing connections to the newly fixed soft starter with existing bus bars with replacing any defected links by new links if required of similar cross section including bending /cutting / shaping of bus bars as required . the job includes providing of material and other consumables for making joints as per site requirement . , making of required control wiring connections along with protection arrangement along with wiring of starter operating system complete with providing required material etc . as per site requirement . , making the configuration for the starters for setting up of tripping range and other calibrations etc . as per load and site requirement , renovation of metering system of the starter by replacing metering and indicating instruments along with making required complete wiring connections with cts/selector switches/control system and including setting/configuration of meters as per site requirement . , testing and commissioning of the new soft starter first at no load and then at on load with commissioning of complete motor starting system after above works including testing for functioning , tripping and operation of the system as per site requirement .
