9999Note : [a] Hanger doors/Rolling shutters/Sliding doors work shall be commenced immediately after placing work order and executed on TOP PRIORITY. All necessary items for the same shall be procured on priority and work shall be executed by Highly skilled technicians having well experience in the relevant nature work. Proper tools, plants and equipment shall be deployed being doors/shutters are big in size and heavy weight. All the safety/precautionary measures shall be taken during erection & fixing in position of the hanger doors and rolling shutters so as to avoid causing any damage to men and assets of the Govt. The workmen shall be provided with protective devices and shall wear them while working. In case any accident/injury/fatal or partial disability happened, the contractor shall be solely responsible for settling all claims/compensation. [b] Any damage to the existing structure/assets of the Govt, during the execution of work shall be made good by the contractor at his own expense. Rectification, replacement, making good and touching up etc. shall be carried out, conforming to the materials and workmanship originally provided and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. In case of any dispute on this account, the decision of the GE shall be final, binding and conclusive. [c] Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.\n\n
