2. Terms and Conditions of AMC will be as under :-\n (a) One Resident Engineer from 9:30 am and to 5:00 pm on all working days.\n (b) UPS battery to be replaced with new one if any problem including battery.\n (c) AMC includes networking of all PC and Network printer also including maintanance.\n (d) Attending all soft calls including operating system and all 3rd party software.\n (e) AMC includes all printers and photocopies machines including all types of spares for above mentioned IT equipments.\n (f) If printer not repaired with 48hrs, a stand by printer will be given till repair of the printer.\n (g) AMC includes all type of repair / replacement of any parts which comes under AMC.\n (h) Maintanance of all computers for periodical dusting though these are in warranty period.\n
