The undermentioned job order for repaiir/replacement to worn out/defective/unserviceable items for proper functionalty :- (a) Servicing of the vehicle TATA MOBILE (BA No 11C-091628M) including washing the under body and the inside of the fender by increasing the pressure of water, completely shut all portions and clean deposits with a spounge. (b) Replacement of fuel filter, oil filter & Air filter. (c) Dismantling the gear assembly from the vehicle and replacing the unserviceable gear parts such as gear wheel set, gear major kit, gear box bearing set, gear box packing set, gear box oil seal set, propeller shaft cross bearing set, centre ruber with bearing set and fitting back to the vehicle & testing satisfectorily function. (d) Changing the engine oil-5.5ltr & Grease 0.5 kg. (e) Removing the fuel tank, cleaning and refixing. (f) Wheel balancing and wheel alingment & steering work. (g) Replacement of fron wheel bearing. (h) Disconnect the battery from the vehicle and check the defective dead cell & refill the acid distilled water upto level. (j) Veh suspension work. (k) Checking and fixing Electric System.
