| 3 | 1.02 | (a) The T & P reqd for the conservancy services shall be provided for each office complex by contractor without any extra cost. \n(b) A daily work completioni/approval register shall be maintained by the contractor and daily acknowledgement taken for satisfactary completion by officer-in- charge of respective office nominated by each head of office.\n(c) Cost of attendance register, printed work diary ,material register/security or entry passes and any other stationary reqd is to be born by the contractor and the rates quoted for the above are included in the quoted rates and no extra cost shall be claimed shall be entertained on this account.\n(d) There should be proper dress code of persons deployed as per direction of officer-in- charge\n(e) Penalty :- In case of absense or not carrying tasks as defined the penalty shall be imposed @ 1.5 times of unit quoted rates per person per day . \n | | | |

The character and antecedent verification report of each employee deployed by the contractor should be submitted.\n(g) Contractor shall submit all documents before receipt of work order (Aadhar Card, Police verification and Bank Pass book Aadhar linked copy) of each worker intend to deploy on work.\n(h) Attendance register alongwith daily work performed sheet to be submitted duly signed for processing of RARs/ paymemt.\n(j) Minimum fair wages as per govt rules are to be paid all labour deployed.\nAbove task shall be carried out by deploying 04 Nos of Safaiwalas.
