    Annual Maintenance Contract (Amc) Of Servers, Printers, Projector Items, Upss, Voips, Lan & Other Items. a) Call Management Services- Receipt, recording and attending of calls. b) Servers Management Services- Hardware / Software servicing / maintenance in condition. c) Printer Management services -Hardware / Software servicing / maintenance in condition. d) Earthing Management Services- Maintenance and repair of existing earthing and to keep the readings within the permissible limits. e) Network Management Services- Switches(POE/NPOE)/Distributers/Patch panels/LAN Cables/Hardware/ Software servicing /configuration/ maintenance in condition. f) Preventive and Proactive Maintenance of Equipment- Routine checks and maintenance of IT Assets (Cable dressing for the items in the Network Rack if needed). g) UPS Management Services- Maintenance and upkeep of all online and offline UPS including Batteries. h) VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) Phone Management Services- Maintenance of all VOIPs present in the premises. i) Video Conferencing Management Services – Hardware/Software Maintenance of all Video Conferencing Equipment. j) Projection items Management Services– Maintenance and upkeep of all items viz. Projectors, Switches, RF Amplifier, Motorized Screen(s), Mike(s) Servicing/Maintenance in condition. supply of 1. Switch ( POE& NON-POE) 2. Node 3. VC Device 4. Plasma TV 5. VOIP (Phone) 6.
