    Supply Of , Supply And Installation Of Cast Iron Surface Plate (Floor Anchoring Type) Size: 4000 X 3000 X 250 Mm. Made From Flask Cooled/ Sh-V Stress Relieved Gray Cast Iron Grade Fg-220 As Per Is:210, Hardness Minimum 180 Bhn. Flatness Tolerance Of Plate Shall Be 70 Micron(Grade Ii) As Per Is:2285- 2003 When Checked With Straight Edge And Filler Gauge After The Plate Is Properly Leveled Surface Plate To Have Levelling -Cum-Anchoring Elements Accessed From Top Working Surface Pockets. The Pockets Will Have Removable Type Dust Covers To Prevent Ingress Of Loose And Unwanted Materials Into The Hollowed Pockets. The Shop Floor On Which Surface Plate Will Be Installed Should Be Strong, Rigid And Non Flexural To Take The Dead Load Of Surface Plate And Mximum Live Loads.
