Name of Work: Appointment of Shipping Agent for providing Shipping Agent Services for LNG marine ships for discharge of LNG from on-board LNG Tanks of LNG marine ships to Terminal Shore Tanks at at A) Dahej Port or any other Port in Gujarat and B) Kamrajar Port near Chennai (Erstwhile Ennore Port) in Tamil Nadu.NOTE :- A. The total number of tankers and total number of tankers at Dahej or any other port in Gujarat and Ennore to be handled during the contract period may get changed. Payment shall only be made against actual number of cargoes handled.B. Tenderers to note that the rates for all items of work in the schedule shall be inclusive of all materials, labour, transportation etc for the completion of work. C. The rates are inclusive of all taxes, duties, Goods & Service Tax (GST) and all other taxes and duties applicable. The prevailing rate of GST @ 18% has been considered for the tendered items. No other extra payment shall be entertained on any account. However, any cost incurred by Shipping Agent in providing protective gears against COVID (e.g. PPE kits / masks / gloves, etc. as per advice / instructions of Port Health Officer) to custom, immigration and port health officials who board the vessel shall be reimbursed on actual basis after producing actual bills / supporting documents. Reimbursement for protective gears against COVID shall not be made for personnel performing the Services of Shipping Agent. To get reimbursement of protective gears against COVID used by custom, immigration and port health officials who board the vessel, Shipping Agent shall provide duly certification of the IOCL boarding officer stating number of officers to whom protective gears were provided on board.
