Supply of 1.M&M Jeep bearing registration No. AN-01-F-2308 A.Body Repair works:-1.Engine hood, LHS/RHS fenders, front and wind shield glass frame, LHS/RHS running board, LHS/RHS side panel, all door interior & exterior areas and front rear platform are plating repair to be done. 2.Replacement of defective door channels, door beadings, glass channels, door locks, door glasses and door handles.3.Replacement of all seat covers. 4.LHS/RHS hood catcher to be provided.5.Complete painting of vehicle after thoroughly cleaning the grease, soapy water and sand paper. Metal paste to be applied on the dent surface areas and polish in needed shape. In the same sequence application of the same area with oil primer and putty is to be polished again with emery paper in required shape. After drying the surface area will be coated with PS Grey and finally applied coats of standard acrylic enamel automobile paint as well as under chassis painting to be done with standard quality of paint.6.Replacement of all body mountings,B.Mechanical and Electrical Repair works 1.Brake system overhauling to be done. 2.Clutch system overhauling to be done. 3.Wiper system overhauling to be done.4.Replacement of wiring harness. 5.Replacement of all defective light assemblies. 6.Replacement of fuel tank float Assly. 7.Replacement of 04 No. of tyre with tube. 8.Front and rear suspension system overhauling to be done.9.Engine servicing and engine tuning to be done including replacement of gear box oil, differential oil, fuel filters and coolant.
