Box, /Anoxic reactor, MBBR tank, Nitrification Reactor, Tube setler, Sludge Sump, Automatic Centrifugal drier and Centrifuge House, Sludge Drying Bed, Teritiary treatment system with carbon and sand filter, Chlorine Contact Tank, Alum Solution Tanks, Lime Solution Tanks, Polyelectrolyte Solution Tanks, Plant Building with electrification & sanitary fittings etc., walk way railing & Access ladders, inter connection path, Providing and fixing of Steel gate, GI wire fencing,ii) Mechanical and elecrical equipment Bio Fill Media, Anoxic Tank mixer, Fine Bibble Defuser, Retreivalve arrangement, Twin Lop Air Blower, Non clog centrifugal Pump for carrying sludge from TS to Sludge, Recyle water to Anoxic Reactor from MBBR, Tube Settler Media Chevron Shape, Sludge Starrer for with motor, SS mixer with Motor, Automation of MBBR Tank (Automatic Centrifugal Driver ), Silent DG set suitable capacity, S/E of Electro- mech. equipment i/c Automation, Providing laborartory equipments and SBC test for soil and providing & fixing Flood Security Light complete and all other allied works. Operation & maintenance for 5 years.The characteristic of raw sewage are BOD=375 MG/L ,SS=750 MG/L, COD = 500 MG/L and NH4-N= 45 MG/L and characteristics of treated sewage shall be PH=6.5-9.0,BOD<_10 MG/L,COD,<_50 MG/L,TSS<_20 MG/L,NH4-N<_5 MG/L.N-total <_10 MG/L & Fecal coliform (MPN/100 ML) < 100. The cost shall be include the construction of all the components as per the scope of work, design parameters, terms & condition, technical specification including all other works as per manual on sewerage & sewage, tretment published by CHPEEO Ministry of Urban Development, New Dehli (Latest) and as per relevant IS Code will be include the trial run period of STP for 180 days as per special Terms & Condition of the contract document. | | 2.5 | Per MLD |
