4 3.01 NOTE FOR SER ITEM NO 2.00 AND 3.00 HERE-IN-BEFORE:\n(1) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included the cost of scafolding/staging/etc.\n(2) Any CI/AC/PVC special damaged during work shall be replaced by new one to ensure leakage/seapage free joint.
