2 1 Designing, Fabrication, Installation, testing & commissioning of control panel cum voltage stabilizer 20KVA capacity for up to 12HP capacity motor at Dugwell no.2 stage Zero.The unit shall be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 14/16 SWG CR sheet and should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation with suitable Locking/ Sealing arrangement. The structure should be provided suitable entry and exist holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The unit should be given two coats of anti- Rust primer and two coats of enamel paint. It should be equipped with following components/ features: - \nMCCB :- The unit should be fitted with MCCB 100 Amp 25KA to protect the panel in case of any short circuit. \nVOLTMETER:-The unit should be fitted with voltmeter to show the voltage between phase to phase and between phase to neutral. \nAMPER METER:-The unit should be fitted with Amper Meter C.T operated to show the Amper between each phase.\nPHASE INDICATER:- It should be fitted with phase indicator R/Y/B to indicator the phase. \nSTAR- DELTA STARTER:-The unit should be fitted with fully automatic start delta starter, comprising 2No. Contractor 50A (L&T Make) for main and delta supply and 1No contractor 45 Amp (L&T Make) for star operation, I No timer for change over the supply of motor from star to Delta, 2 No push buttons for stop and start operation of motor. 1No thermal relay.THERMAL RELAY:-It is a protective device which should be fitted in the panel to protect the motor from over load and under voltage.\nSINGLE PHASE PREVENTER:-It is also protective Device should be fitted in the panel to protect the motor from single phase and stop the operation of motor in case failure of any phase & made proper phase sequence.\nVOLTAGE STABILIZER :- The unit should be fitted with copper wound voltage stabilizer of 20KVA capacity, 415 volts AC 3phase, 50HZ for upto 25HP capacity motor having voltage range (155-415v+-1%) between phase to phase and (90-220v+-1%) between phase to neutral. The tank of voltage stabilizer shall be provided with first filling of fresh transformer oil.\nTesting and Commissioning of voltage stabilizer cum control panel by making connection to incoming terminals and outgoing terminal of unit. The job includes providing/ Laying/ fitting of suitable PVC copper conductor, cable as per required gauge and site requirement with properly thimbles at the ends. Testing the performance of the panel on no load and on full load. The job includes the cost of all types of material and labour charges. (Complete job in all respect).
