Manning , operation, maintenance of the following equipment/machinery of Pump House at Los Dum Dum Air Force station for 2 shifts per day ie 8 hours per shift comprising of one FGM skilled personnel per shift including Sunday and holidays (a) One FGM Skilled (02 shift per day ) List of equipments :- (a) submersible Pump set - 01 No (b) Iron removal plant - 01 No \n(c) Mono Block pump set - 01 No (d) Chlorine dosing system - 01 No (e) Motor control panel - 01 No \nNote for item no 1 to 4 : Plumber tool kit complete to be provided in installation for day to day requirement.Make- Taparia/Venus/Creative as approved by Engr-In-Charge. \n(i) Quoted rates inclusive maintenance/replacement of fan belts and electrolyte/distilled water up to serviceable condition to equipments as and when required \n(ii) Maintaining control valves leak proof by replacing/maintaining/ upkeeping of gland packing etc in pump house installations’\n(iii) Routine check up of oil/fuel levels & minor leakages of DG set, routine check of central AC plant equipments, PB’s complete all as specified and directed\n(iv) Attending fuse-Off calls and minor break downs as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.\n(v) Cutting bushes,, cleaning installation maintaining hygiene thoroughly by cleaning inside and outside of installation all as specified and directed \n (vi) All T&P, Uniform will be issued/provided by the contractor. (vii) Insulation tape, fuse wire, hand gloves, torch with cell, electrical tools, cleaning material etc will be provided by contractor. \n(viii)Electrician tool kit complete to be provided at complaint cell for day to day requirement.Make- Taparia/Venus/Creative as approved by Engr-In-Charge. \nThe rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India/State Government/Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESIC, Bonus, taxes etc as applicable. In case the rates quoted are less than the minimum wages as notified by the Government of India/State Government/Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESIC, Bonus, LWC, taxes, etc as applicable and CP his tender will be treated as non bonafied and will not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined by the lowest amount amongst valid/bonafied bids only.
