In Case The Rates Quoted Are Less Than The Prevailing Applicable Stuatory/ Mandatory Rates Of Minimum Wages , Contributions For Epf , Esic & Bonus , The Bid Will Be Treated As Non-Bonafide/Invalid , Shall Be Disqualified And Such Bids Will Not Be Considered For Acceptance . Periodical Check Of Electric Equipments/Plants As Per Manufacturers Instructions , Periodical Maintenance Check Of All The Connected Ht/Lt Panels , Fire Fighting Equipments Etc Shall Be Carried Out By Operator And Will Be Intimated To Engineer-In-Charge .
