(Notes (Applicable for Ser Item Nos 2.00 to 5.00) :-\n(i) The bidder to read carefully the Notes to Schedule 'A' before quoting their offer.\n(ii) Unit rate quoted against the items here-in-below shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies, duties as applicable and GST.\n(iii) Quoted rate shall not be less than the min wage (higher of min wage published by centre / state government as on the last date of bid submission)\n(iv) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of Employer's contribution of EPF and ESI as per EPF Act 1952 and ESI Act 1948, as amended from time to time.)

Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of water supply installation at AF Station Singarsi with one operator (Fitter General Mechanic(FGM) and one helper to operate Turbine Pump set/Centrifugal Pump set/Chlorine Plant/Bleaching Dozer/DG Set, water supply distribution,sluice valves as per direction given time to time by Engineer-in-Charge and pump panels installed in pump house round the clock in 03 shifts of 8 hours each per day including Sundays & holidays for Gumani Dam Pump House complete all as specified and as directed (Note: Details of equipment to be maintained and operated are given as per Appendix 'A').

Notes(Applicable for Serial Item Nos 2.00 to 5.00) :- \nThe quoted rates for the items shall deemed to include for the following provisions :- \n(a) Minimum qualification/experience of Operator shall be ITI qualified in appropriate field or 4 years experience in the same field and for helper minimum 02 years experience in the same field. Contractor shall submit necessary documentary evidence in support of qualification/experience to Engineer-in-Charge for his verification before commencement of work for the manpower proposed to be employed by him.\n(b) Obtaining security pass and police verification will be responsibility of Contractor for manpower employed by him.The Dept will provide necessary assistance to the contractor in the matter. \n(c ) Contractor shall provide all tools and safety equipment required for day to day working, the cost of which shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for the item.\n(d) Weekly off will be given to all manpower employed by the contractor as per existing labour laws/Govt rules. Provision of reliever for each manpower employed by contractor shall be deemed to be included in the item rates quoted.\n(e) Cleaning of pump house and surrounding area will be responsibility of the manpower employed by contractor.\n(f) Necessary Log Book/Log Sheet, duty roster, attendance register shall be provided by the contractor and maintained by manpower employed by the contractor as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. \n

Notes (Applicable for Serial Item Nos 2.00 to 5.00) Contd.. :-\n(g) Contractor/all operator is responsible for any damage/loss of respective equipment.\n(h) In case the contractor fails to deploy appropriate staff/manpower for any shift, penalty at double the rate quoted per shift shall be recovered from the contractor.\n(j) The following shall be provided by the contractor at each installation being maintained and operated :- (i) Uniform/overall dangri for operator -01 set; (ii) Rubber shoes for operator -01 set; (iii) Torch light- 01 No. \n(k) First Air Box with minimum requirement of medicines, cotton, scissor, Band-aid etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.\n(l) The operation & maintenance manual of the manufacturer shall be referred to for the routine maintenance of pump set during contract period.
