Manning & Operation for Rendering essential services of fire fighting system installation at MO Goa round the clock comprising of one No fire fighting electrically driven pump, motor and one No. jockey electrically driven pump, motor and one No. diesel generating driven pump with connected valves, etc in one person each shift (three shifts from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs, 1600 hrs to 2400 hrs and 2400 hrs to 0800 hrs) on every day including Holiday and Sunday as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

3.01
Notes for item No.1 and 2 :- \n(a) The rate quoted for items of outsourcing shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India/concerned state government/local body whichever is higher and also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employer towards EPF, contribution to ESIC, contribution of Bonus and LWC under respective headings/sub items. In case the rates quoted are less than the prevailing rates/instructions under any heading(s), the bid will be treated as non bonafide/invalid, shall be disqualified and such bids will not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest bidder shall be determined from the valid /bonafide bids only.\n(b) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes cess levies as applicable including GST\n(c) The operators shall be experienced holder of 2 years in a concerned field with minimum qualification of ITI and also submit a copy of ITI certificate.\n

3.03
(d) The contractor has to provide proper uniform and safety shoes to electrician without any extra cost to the department. \n(e) Rates quoted for respective job will be deemed to be inclusive of above aspects.

3.05
(f) The contractor will be whole responsible if operator found absent during shift, and a double amount of one shift will be made recovery from the payment due to the contractor.\n

3.07
(g) 01 Operator (Skilled) to be employed in each shift of 08 hrs each. \n(h) Log sheet shall be maintained properly and the cost of stationary reqd for the same is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.. \n(j) The Contractor will be responsible for safe custody of installation and hand over the installation to the department in good working condition on expiry of contract period. \n

(h) The Contractor will be responsible for safe custody of fire fighting system installation and hand over the fire fighting system installation to the department in good working condition on expiry of contract period.

3.11
(j) Every day trial run is to be conducted for 10 minute for serviceability of equipment/machinery including connected item.

3.13
(k) The contractor will be whole responsible if operator found absent during shift, payment will not be made/paid for the shift if the plant/Installation is running.
