Carrying out Electrical maintenance works under Annual Rate Contract for Electrical Maintenance works at Pump Station, Switchyard & Admin building at NRPL Rewari for a period of 02(Two) years. Having examined the Tender Documents consisting of Notice Inviting Tender, Special Conditions of Contract, General Conditions of Contract and Material/ jobs specifications regarding various jobs, drawings, Time schedule, Schedule of Rates (Please refer Clause 5.9.0 of Chapter-V: Scope of Work ) etc of the said tender document and having thoroughly studied the requirement of Indian Oil corporation Limited relative to the work tendered for and having conducted a thorough study of job site(s) involved, the site conditions, soil conditions, the climatic conditions, labour, power, water etc including office accommodation, transport & all other facilities and things whatsoever necessary for the performance of the work in accordance with the terms and conditions and within time mentioned in the tender document, I / We hereby agree to execute the subject work at mentioned (in this BOQ) % below / at par with / % above the rates specified in the enclosed Schedule of Rates.\n\nNote: The tentative amount of ARC for two year is indicated at Clause 5.9.0 of Chapter-V: Scope of Work. The amount indicated is for reference purpose only. The same may vary depending upon actual site condition.
